Sofia has trained in dance for 22 years in Ballet, Jazz & Tap. She is a professional dancer, trained aerialist (Cirque de Soleil) & award winning choreographer. She worked for Tokyo Disney Sea, Japan as a featured soloist and has travelled around the world dancing for Celebrity Cruise Lines & for the Sands Casino in Macau, China. Sofia has performed in a music video for the artist ‘Seal’ as well as being feature in a ‘Doritos’ commercial. Sofia won many accolades during her dance career and is featured in numerous TV & magazine advertisements around the world.

Her professional dance career has led her into the field of fitness, health, nutrition & wellness. During her studies, Sofia achieved technical skills in anatomy, physiology of sports & exercise, biomechanics, kinesiology, and advanced fitness techniques. Sofia has achieved several certifications from Can-Fit-Pro including, Personal Trainer Specialist, Fitness Instructor Specialist, and Nutrition & Wellness Specialist. She is currently running sports specific group fitness classes for dancers and has worked one on one with clients who have achieved positive and life changing results.
